Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please follow the instructions below. Sale/Clearance items and store credit/gift cards are final sale.

Returns:

To initiate a return please fill out the form here or contact us at rompclothingco@gmail.com with your order number, name, email address, a detailed description and photos of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside of the 14 day return period (up to a period of 30 days after delivery), we will provide a refund on store credit. Please note original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and any shipping charges to return the item are the customers responsibility.

Returns will be processed and inspected within 7 days of delivery to us. Once your return is approved, please allow 3-7 days for the refund to be returned to your original form of payment. Payment processors’ refund times vary, please contact your bank or payment processor directly for any questions.

In the event your return is not approved, you are responsible for any shipping fees to return the product back to you.

Please note, sale/clearance items are final sale and store credit/gift cards are nonrefundable.

Sizing and Print Variations:

All size chart measurements are approximate and some variations in sizing may occur. Please allow up to a 5% variation due to the nature of cutting and sewing clothing. Variations in print are to be expected due to the printing, cutting and sewing process and make each product unique! When selecting your child’s size please account for slight shrinkage as returns will not be accepted after being worn or washed.
